Alchemy Ingredients


Personally I know a lot about alchemy and the different ingredients you use to make remedies and potions, but I'd like to keep it all in a journal just for reference. It could also help others if they ever come across it, and maybe one day I can make several copies! Until then, I'll just write my notes down here.

Locations Can be Found
Across Skyrim in Rivers in Streams, sometimes dragonflies will fly over their location.

Effects
-Weakness to Frost
-Fortify Sneak
-Weakness to Poison
-Fortify Restoration


Author's Notes:
Use a net when trying to catch them. You can also lure them with Junniper berries to trap them!
